PaperCut Web Printing from Mobile Devices
Pueblo Community College students now have the option of printing documents from personally owned
mobile devices (Laptops, Tablets, Smartphones) directly to printers in classrooms or labs.
The following document types are supported for web-based printing:

Microsoft Word .doc, .docx, .docm, .dot, .dotm, .dotx
Microsoft XPS .xps
Adobe PDF .pdf
Please note the following when using web-based printing:
  • Your Papercut balance will be decreased according to the per-page cost listed on the Rates page in the web interface.
  • Duplex printing is not available when using web-based printing.  All documents will be printed one-sided.
  • There is no option to print a partial document.  All pages of your document will be printed.
  • Refunds will only be granted in the case of a printer malfunction and must be reported to IT Services at 719-549-3350.
To print a file from your mobile device:
  1. Connect your device to the PCCGuest wireless network
  2. Open a web browser and enter your S# and Windows password to complete your connection to the Internet
  3. In the address bar of your web browser, type in http://papercut.pueblocc.edu and hit <ENTER>
  4. Log in to the webpage with your S# and Windows password
  5. The following options are available on the left side of the screen
    1. Summary - Shows your Papercut balance and print activity summary
    2. Rates - The cost per page to print to available printers
    3. Transaction History - A log of all printing activity for both web-based and classroom-based printing
    4. Recent Print Jobs - A customizable report of printing activity for both web-based and classroom-based printing
    5. Web Print - A link to print documents from your personal device
    6. Log Out - Logs you out of the Papercut Web Interface
  6. Click the Web Print link
  7. Click Submit a Job >>
  8. In the Quick Find box, type the two character abbreviation for the Campus/Building location for the printer you wish to print to and click the Find Printer button:

  9. Click the radio button next to the desired printer and click the 2.Print Options... button
    (Reading to the right of 'servername\' is Building-Room-Model)
  10. Enter the number of copies you wish to print and click the 3.Upload Document button
  11. Click the Browse button and select the document to be printed
  12. Click the Upload & Complete button
  13. You will be directed to a page that shows the job details; including the cost charged against your Papercut quota
  14. Your document should print shortly
