France Hoang is the CEO and Founder of BoodleBox, a collaborative AI workspace selected by more than 150 colleges and universities — now serving over 120,000 users. As a Distinguished Visiting Lecturer at West Point and a former university trustee, France brings a uniquely grounded perspective to the challenges and opportunities facing higher education today.

Evacuated from Vietnam by the U.S. Military in 1975, France graduated from West Point in the academic top 1% of his class and holds a J.D. magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. His focus is straightforward: equip every student — regardless of background — with the tools, skills, and human discernment to thrive in the workforce ahead. A frequent speaker on AI literacy and the future of learning, France is based in Colorado.
