Employers, are you looking for a tool to connect with our students? Students, are you looking for a job? Handshake is an electronic software that allows for students to connect with industry employers locally and nationally. Employers can post criteria and required skills for their open positions, review students resumes, and browse the PCC population.

Not sure where to start? We have plenty of resources to help you find the right path to take at PCC. Meet with a Career Coach or start by accessing the Focus 2 assessment. Just follow the steps below!

To take the Focus 2 Assessment:
•    Visit the Focus 2 website
•    Select 'Register'
•    Enter access code: panthers
•    Enter email, information, and create password
•    Take assessments
