Guest Information

  • Guests will access parking by entering through Gate #6 located on Small Avenue, and Gate #9 located on Beulah Avenue and will walk to the Events Center.
  • Guests who will need to park in handicapped parking should enter through the graduate parking at Horseman Gate #6 on Small Avenue. Parking attendants will direct guests to appropriate parking area.
  • General Guest Seating can only be accessed from the upper level of the Events Center. Guests will need to proceed up the stairwells upon entering the Events Center, or proceed to the elevator located on the west side of the building.
  • General Guest Seating includes riser seating and wheelchair seating. If your guest may have trouble utilizing the steps of the risers, please advise them to arrive early in order to identify seats towards the top of the risers requiring fewer steps.
  • Please inform family members that helium balloons are not allowed in the Events Center. They will be confiscated.
  • Please be prepared to have your bags/purses/back packs searched by the Events Center Security.

To ensure that the ceremony flows without interruption or distraction, guests will not be permitted to approach the main floor or stage during the ceremony to take pictures. We have contracted with GradImages who will to take pictures of each graduate as they receive their diploma. GradImages will send proofs and price schedules to graduates within two weeks following the ceremony.

DIPLOMA

Diplomas will be mailed by June 28, 2024.
