Student Ambassador Program

Allyssa O'Neal

Allyssa is a first-generation student at Pueblo Community College. She is currently studying business management with a focus on marketing and plans to attend Colorado State University of Pueblo after she graduates. Allyssa is originally from Jacksonville, Florida but has moved to Pueblo, Colorado to continue her education and better her lifestyle. “Since I have moved here and started attending PCC, my life has been full of adventures. As a student ambassador, I strive to help prospective, new, and continuing students in every way that I can.” Allyssa enjoys being a part of Pueblo Community College and being a part of such a loving community.

Brandy Reeder

Brandy Reeder is Student Ambassador continuing her second year at Pueblo Community College. She is a first-generation student pursuing one of the many health programs that Pueblo Community College has to offer. She plans to graduate with her Associates in Dental Hygiene, then continue towards a Bachelor’s degree, and eventually a Masters degree. Brandy enjoys working as a Student Ambassador because she gets to meet people within the community that she adores. Brandy once said, “It is rewarding to encourage my peers in the Pueblo community to pursue their dreams”. When she isn’t in the NSS, she can often be spotted utilizing one of the many resources found on campus.

Javier Ibarra Carrera

Javier is a first-generation student at Pueblo Community College, currently pursuing an Associates degree in Psychology. He plans to transfer to Colorado State University-Pueblo where he will earn a Bachelors and Masters degree to reach his goal of becoming a licensed therapist. Javier is a Colorado native who enjoys education, is a dedicated hobbyist and values an individual's interests. Working as a Student Ambassador has given him the opportunity to help prospective students see their own potential in pursuing their dream.
