The Pueblo Community College Fine Arts, Humanities & Media Communications department announced the winners of the Fall 2025 Student Art Exhibition were announced at an opening reception Dec. 5.
Six exhibit categories featured dozens of creations by PCC students. The pieces on display represented work in 2D design, ceramics, drawing, advanced drawing, jewelry and photography. Awards were given for first, second and third place in each category.
Anna Harbert’s “Parts of a Whole” took best of show honors. Juror’s choice was “Drop Dead Gorgeous” by Beh Untiedt and Judy Lubbers received the chair’s choice award for “Asian Mystique.”
PCC President Chato Hazelbaker selected “Pepper,” a drawing by Ashlan Kelly, for the president’s purchase award. The piece will be displayed on campus and added to the college’s permanent collection. Works from the current show can be viewed online in the virtual gallery. Exhibitions from spring 2020 through spring 2025 are also archived on the site.
