Why PCC?

Our faculty members have diverse experience in all aspects of healthcare and have been trained in both clinical nursing and nursing education.

What will I learn?

The Practical Nursing program will teach you direct patient care skills that you can apply in numerous healthcare settings. It offers theoretical and applied instruction in classrooms, simulated laboratories, and clinical settings. It integrates education in adult, gerontological, obstetric, pediatric, and psychiatric-mental health nursing. Your clinical learning will take place in diverse institutions. After successfully completing the two semesters of the program, you will be eligible to take the Practical Nursing National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-PN). A successful performance on the NCLEX-PN will awards you state licensure and qualifies you for the title of Licensed Practical Nurse.
