Accreditation

The Health Information Technology (HIT) program at Pueblo Community College is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). The Associate of Applied Science degree in Health Information Technology has been reaffirmed through the 2028–2029 academic year.

 

The program is also recognized by the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and is an Approved Educational Partner of the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS).
